After Cicada took the metahuman cure, everybody thought this is the end of Cicada, But a new Cicada appears who is even more powerful and dangerous to kidnap Orlin. She traveled to the past using a stolen Time Sphere Cisco had built for Thawne in 2015 from the Starchives to avenge her parent's death and to kill all meta-humans.
