Who Savitar really is under the armor ?

The revelation of the true identity of Savitar, concealed beneath the intimidating armor, may come as an unexpected twist: Savitar is none other than Barry Allen, the speedster popularly known as The Flash. At first, it might seem confusing. However, the show's exciting stories about time travel help make sense of it.

In the convoluted saga of The Flash, time remnants play a significant role, essentially duplicates of a speedster generated when they travel back in time to moments before their past selves time-travelled. Barry Allen created numerous time remnants of himself in a desperate effort to vanquish Savitar. Savitar, possessing superior power, eliminated most of these remnants, but intentionally spared one.

The twist lies here: the time remnant that Savitar chose to spare eventually grows to become Savitar himself. This introduces a time-paradox, a cyclic event where Savitar both is the result and the cause of his own existence. In other words, Savitar's survival and ascendance to power are directly attributable to Barry Allen's attempts to defeat him.

The cycle starts with Barry creating time remnants to fight Savitar. Most of these remnants are destroyed, but one survives. Feeling alienated and despairing, this surviving remnant descends into darkness over time. He travels back in time, becoming the very terror that Barry once tried to fight - Savitar. Once he assumes this role, he battles against Barry and his time remnants, ensuring the survival of one remnant who would eventually turn into him. This intricate loop of events results in an endless cycle of creation and destruction.

This intriguing paradox underscores the complex narrative of The Flash series, especially the malleable nature of time and its impact on the characters' lives. It serves as a poignant reminder of the unforeseen consequences that can unfold when one meddles with the fabric of time, leading to unforeseen consequences, such as a hero inadvertently becoming the villain of his own story.
